Cette année, grâce à la création du nouveau site web de la Philharmonie, l’espace digital Carrières a lui aussi été réimaginé, pour renforcer notre marque employeur et attirer de nouveaux profils.
Le processus de calcul des salaires a également été digitalisé intégralement, grâce à l’utilisation de la plateforme Mpleo et l’accompagnement de la société fiduciaire BDO.
Afin de développer les compétences de nos collaborateurs et d’améliorer la communication interne, des cours de langues (allemand, anglais, français, luxembourgeois) continuent d’être organisés tout au long de l’année.
